Change Can Be Scary But Exciting At The Same Time
If you are constantly doing something that isn’t getting you the results you desire, then you need to change that repetitive behaviour in order to get a different outcome. Ways to change repetitive behaviour is first to acknowledge it. Then once you are aware, seek ways to change that behaviour via talking to someone you know who has made similar changes and/or reading up on information on how to implement that change. Your future self will thank you for creating a better version of you and improving your quality of life.
